1. Flexible Cancellation Overview
At Red Chilli Travel, we understand that international travel involves unexpected flight disruptions, family emergencies, or visa hurdles. Our cancellation terms are structured to be as fair and accommodating as possible while respecting non-refundable commitments made to palace hotels, domestic airlines, and safari wildlife parks.
2. Cancellation Tiers & Refund Schedule

30 Days or More Prior to Arrival:
90% Refund
Only actual third-party charges (non-refundable flight tickets or luxury safari permits) will be deducted.

15 to 29 Days Prior to Arrival:
70% Refund
Partial hotel retention fees apply.

7 to 14 Days Prior to Arrival:
50% Refund
Hotel retention & fleet reservation costs deducted.

Less than 7 Days / No-Show:
No Refund
Full travel insurance claim documentation will be provided immediately.
3. Trip Postponement & Lifetime Deposit Credit
If you cannot travel on your planned dates but wish to reschedule within 12 months, we can convert your deposited funds into a Future Travel Credit with zero administrative cancellation fee, allowing you to rebook your journey seamlessly.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@redchillitravel.com quoting your booking reference number. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
