Terms & Booking Conditions

1. Contract & Booking Agreement

All bookings are made directly with Red Chilli Travel (Registered Inbound Destination Management Company, New Delhi, India). A binding contract comes into existence when we issue an official written booking confirmation and invoice following receipt of the agreed deposit.

2. Transparent Pricing Guarantee

All quotations provided by Red Chilli Travel are comprehensive and transparent. Unless explicitly noted otherwise, quotes include private AC vehicle transportation, commercial chauffeur allowances, state highway permits, monument scholar fees, hotel accommodations on the stated meal plan, and all applicable Government of India Goods & Services Tax (GST). No unexpected on-trip fees will be levied.

3. Deposits & Payment Schedule

To confirm your personalized itinerary, a deposit of 25% to 30% of total tour package value is required to secure heritage palace allocations, internal flights, and private fleet reservations. Balance payment is payable 15 days prior to arrival or via secure arrangement upon hotel check-in.

4. Amendments & Flexible Changes

We understand international travel requires flexibility. If you need to modify your travel dates or alter city sequence prior to arrival, our team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes without administrative penalty fees, subject only to hotel availability and airline fare differences.

5. Travel Insurance & Health Responsibilities

Comprehensive international travel insurance covering overseas medical treatment, emergency repatriation, trip cancellation, and lost baggage is strongly recommended for all international travelers visiting India.

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This agreement and any disputes arising under it are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
